DM Toolkit

DM Toolkit is a web application for people who run tabletop roleplaying games. It keeps everything a game master needs to track between sessions in one place, so the notes for a campaign stop living across a pile of documents, chat messages and index cards.

Choose the game system for each campaign. Shared story and encounter tools work for both Pathfinder 2e and D&D 5e, while rules-specific tools appear only where they apply.

What it keeps track of

• Player characters — Pathbuilder import for Pathfinder 2e or manual D&D 5e entry, with hit points tracked at the table
• NPCs and creatures — statistics and personality notes, plus Pathfinder 2e creature tools
• Locations — what the party knows about a place, and what the game master is keeping back
• Story threads — plots in progress, from rumour through to resolution
• Session notes — what happened, tagged to the characters it happened to
• Encounters — initiative and hit points during play
• Pathfinder 2e rules reference — actions and conditions, readable on a phone at the table

Accounts

Signing in uses your Google account, and asks Google only for your name and email address. Each person sees only their own campaigns.

This is a small private tool rather than a public service: accounts are created by invitation, so signing in with an address that has not been invited will politely turn you away.
